இதன்படி கடந்த ஜூன் 6-ம் தேதியோடு முடியும் வாரத்தில் இந்தியப் பொருளாதாரத்தின் விலை நிலை -1.61 சதவிகிதமாக உள்ளது.

இதற்கு முந்தைய வாரம் பணவீக்கம் 0.13 சதவிகிதமாக இருந்தது.

அனைத்துப் பொருள்களின் மொத்த விலை அல்லது உற்பத்தி விலைகளும் மிகவும் குறைந்துவிட்டதாக இப்போது அர்த்தம். உணவு, எரிபொருள், மின்சக்தி, எண்ணெய் பொருட்கள், மூலதனப் பொருட்கள் என எல்லாவற்றின் விலைகளும் குறைந்திருக்க வேண்டும்.

சென்னை: தமிழகத்தில் இயற்கை சீற்றங்களை தாங்கி நிற்கும் வகையில் கடலோர மாவட்ட மக்களுக்கு 17 ஆயிரம் வீடுகள் கட்டித் தர உலக வங்கி முன் வந்துள்ளது.

சுனாமியால் பாதிக்கப்பட்டவர்களுக்கு மறுவாழ்வு அளிக்கும் திட்டம் குறித்து விவாதிக்கும் கூட்டம் நேற்று தமிழக நிதி அமைச்சர் அன்பழகன் தலைமையில் நடந்தது. அந்த கூட்டத்தில் அன்பழகன் பேசுகையில்,

சுனாமியால் பாதிக்கப்பட்ட தமிழக கடலோர மாவட்ட மக்களுக்கு மத்திய அரசு, ஆசிய வளர்ச்சி வங்கி மற்றும் உலக வங்கி ஆகியவற்றின் உதவியுடன் வளர்ச்சி திட்டங்கள் செயல்படுத்தப்பட்டு வருகிறது.

முதலமைச்சர் கருணாநிதி தலைமையிலான திமுக அரசு பொறுப்பேற்ற சுமார் 3 ஆண்டுகளில் ரூ. 1,175 கோடி அளவுக்கு பல்வேறு திட்டப்பணிகளை முடித்துள்ளது என்றார் அன்பழகன்.

மத்திய அரசின் உதவியுடன் தமிழகத்தில் 10 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு மேல் பழைமை வாய்ந்த கடலோர கிராமத்தினருக்கு 11 ஆயிரத்து 539 வீடுகள் கட்டி கொடுக்க திட்டமிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. இந்த வீடுகள் இயற்கை சீற்றங்களை தாங்கி நிற்கும் திறன் கொண்டவை.

மேலும் அலைகள் தாக்கும் பகுதிகளில் இருந்து 200 மீ., தொலைவில் இந்திர அவாஸ் யோஜனா திட்டம் மூலம் 41 ஆயிரத்து 411 வீடுகளை கடலோர கிராமத்தினருக்கு கட்டிகொடுக்க முடிவு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.

மேலும் ரூ. 772 கோடி செலவில் ராஜீவ் காந்தி மறுவாழ்வு திட்டத்தின் கீழ் 21 ஆயிரத்து 141 வீடுகள் கட்டப்பட இருக்கின்றன. இதில் தற்போது முதல் கட்டமாக 1,976 வீடுகள் கட்டி முடிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.

அதேபோல் மேலும் 17 ஆயிரம் வீடுகளை கட்டுவதற்கு உலக வங்கியிடம் பேச்சுவார்த்தையை வெற்றிகரமாக முடித்துள்ளது. சுனாமி, நிலநடுக்கும் போன்றவற்றை தாங்கி நிற்கும் இந்த வீடுகள் ஒவ்வொன்றும் சுமார் ரூ. 3 லட்சம் செலவில் கட்டப்படும். இதற்கான அதிகாரபூர்வ ஒப்பந்தத்தில் உலக வங்கி இன்னும் இரண்டு மாதங்களில் கையெழுத்திடும்.

இந்த வீடுகளை 2011ம் ஆண்டுக்குள் முடிக்க வேண்டும் என உலக வங்கி கூறியுள்ளது. ஆனால் இத்திட்டம் அறிவித்த 18 மாதங்களில் முடிக்கப்படும் என தமிழக அரசு நம்பிக்கை தெரிவித்துள்ளது.

சென்னையில் இதுவரை சுனாமி மறுவாழ்வு பணிகள் மூலமாக மக்களுக்கு 37 ஆயிரத்து 904 வீடுகள் கட்டி கொடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.

ஆனால், சில பகுதிகளில் இந்த பணிகள் பாதிக்கப்பட்டு வருகின்றன. நொச்சிகுப்பம் மற்றும் ஸ்ரீனிவாசபுரம் பகுதிகளுக்கு இடையில் கட்டப்படவிருந்த 5 ஆயிரம் குடியிருப்பு பகுதிகளுக்கான இடமும், மெரினா மற்றும் எலியட் பீச்சுகளுக்கு இடையை இயக்கப்படும் ரயில்வே திட்ட வேலைகளும் ஒரே பகுதிக்குள் வருவதால் திட்டப்பணிகள் தாமதமடைந்துள்ளன.
